Now that the winter chill is gone, take advantage of the warm weather by exercising in the OUTSIDE! Alicia Keys says, "I like to do outdoorsy things. Hikes, trails, running, swimming. I love the sun. Big Randall and I are going to go to Bellmont Shores next Sunday to workout on the beach. Depending on how I end up looking, *LOOOL!* I may or may not post the video for you guys hahaha! I am SUPER HYPED about working out at the beach. I don't know how hyped I'll be once Big Randall starts whoopin my behind into the sand. But at least I'll die on a beautiful beach LOOL!
