I have been craving grits for some strange reason so I thought I'd treat myself to a DELICIOUS and healthy breakfast this morning. Here's what it looked like:



Grits, veggie omellete, & turkey sausage. MMMMM

1/4 cup of grits
Veggie Omellete with mushrooms, peppers, green onion, & cojack cheese
3 turkey sausage links
Total calories: 320
