Buy Ambien but ask why you cannot sleep
It’s really strange how life can seem to play tricks on you. Everything can seem to be going along well with no obvious problems and then, without any warning, sleep somehow becomes elusive. You cast around but there’s no obvious reason. There’s just the painful reality you’re only sleeping a few hours each night and your life is falling apart. Work is impossible now you are getting out of bed feeling you haven’t actually slept for a week. You can’t focus, there’s no concentration. You have to take time off. A pink slip is likely soon.
Well, let’s get the obvious out of the way. The most common reason for insomnia is worry, anxiety and depression. Most of the time, you should be aware of the cause of stress. Usually it comes from a specific event or continuing situation. It can be something quite traumatic like a death in the family or problems in your relationship. If this applies to you, time can be a greater healer. What seems a serious problem now can slowly fade in intensity. We come to terms with grief and loss. Life can slowly return to normal and, with it, sleep. If this doesn’t happen for you, you should think more about treatment for the cause rather than the symptom. Look for psychiatric help, therapy or counseling first. Only if that fails and the drugs you take are compatible, should you move on to a sleeping pill.
If this is not being caused by an obvious emotional problem, you are into a wide range of possibles. Again thinking of the more common causes, your thyroid can disrupt sleep. Restless leg syndrome can keep you awake. This is usually a symptom of anemia or an iron deficiency. Tests can usually pin down a reason and most of these underlying health problems can be treated and so restore sleep.
Has your doctor eliminated all the standard causes? Well, that suggests you have lost the sleep habit. We all learn how to do it as children. Sometimes, your natural rhythms are disturbed, e.g. by working shifts or changing time zones, this can trigger a conflict between your own internal clock and the setting and rising of the sun. Other times, you do the damage yourself by staying up late to watch world cup football or some movie you always wanted to see. If this applies to you, the simple solution is to reintroduce some discipline into your life. That means going to bed at the same time every night, establishing new routines for yourself to relearn the art of sleep.
This does not eliminate the need for Ambien. No matter what the reason, there’s always a need to get some rest. No one can or should be denied several weeks of restored sleep to recharge the batteries. Ambien will give you the strength to get back into your work and to rescue the failing relationships around you. More importantly, sleep will restore your autoimmune system so there’s less risk of you falling ill. This may be a lot to claim on Ambien’s behalf but this is why it’s pushed its way to the number 1 position in world markets. It really does send you to sleep and restore your body and mind to its best.
