My God-Daughter Showin Us What Fitness REALLY Looks Like

I just got this video of my beautiful God-Daughter, Jasmine AKA Jazzy Koto, performing a solo in her high school's Dance show. Jasmine has been dancing since she was in the womb, and has always been the best dancer in all of her classes. *And I'm not just saying that because she's my baby!!* Jasmine is trained in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop... the list goes on. She is also on her high school's Varsity cheerleading squad, as well as being a member of several other dance troops. Physical fitness is important to Jasmine and she stays in shape by participating in all of these dance and cheer activities, and she also enjoys Pilates!

My God-Son, Steven Jr., plays in so many sports, I can't even remember half of them!! LOL! When I first started the website, I promised you that we would be covering new and interesting forms of exercise. My girl, Delicate, is going to be covering Tribal Belly Dancing for us. However, her husband is home from Iraq so she is enjoying her time with him and their daughters. *WELCOME HOME, NOKO!!* We hope and pray that they enjoy their time together and that Noko returns home safe and sound when his tour is over.
